The sculptor John Michel, former Professor of Art at the University of Charleston and now a full time practicing artist in his prime, in scenic South Carolina, worked many long years in his sculpting and shaping of the "newest" government, officially validated, full length SCULPTURE of George Washington. The official UNVEILING was in mid-December of 1999, and was a

huge success!
